The property has a wonderful log burner which heats the villa in the winter months, a large gas boiler provides hot water on demand, The pool is not heated but is available all year round. Smoking is not permitted within the property.

Indoor BBQ area which opens up into a superb space.

Outdoor:
The property has gardens on all sides which have been laid to britta, the grounds are child friendly. The pool terrace comprises of a 9m x 4.5m non-heated swimming pool (chlorine). There are 6 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs and parasol, the BBQ also enhances this area as it opens into a huge room where you will be able to enjoy those long warm evenings.
