Cleaning/towels/linen/main service
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. Beach towels are also provided for poolside use only. Property cleaned and duvet covers changed between each letting. Pool cleaned twice weekly in high season

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with super king size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds Bedroom4 with twin beds . Put-u-up bed and travel cot available.

Bathrooms:
En-suite to bedroom 1 with shower, wc, hand basin. En-suite to bedroom 2 with bath/shower, wc, hand basin, bidet. Main Bathroom with bath/shower, wc, hand basin, bidet. Further shower room to bedroom 4 with shower, wc, hand basin.

Reception:
Dining area-dining table and six chairs. Lounge-8 wall lights, bacon table, coffee table, CD player, 40in LCD TV with DVD and full Sky TV package. Log burner, log basket, full leather suite and cushions seats 8, book case, selection of films and books

Kitchen & Laundry:
Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all usual refinements.

General:
The property has full gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, fired by a large gas boiler, there is also a log burner, these are available in the winter months. The pool is not heated but is available all year round. The garage is split in two offering twin beds and shower room and beyond the division there is a high quality cross trainer/exercise bike/light weights/exercise ball/s-rope and mat. Smoking is not permitted within the property.

Entertainment:
Indoor BBQ area which opens up into a superb space includes fridge for BBQ meats, BBQ tools, cutlery and crockery, 3 seater leather settee and cushions, wine and beer cooler, 52in LCD TV and Sky+ package, table football and an iPod based sound system.

Outdoor:
The property has gardens on all sides which have been professionally landscaped, there is a large spance of lawn which is fully irrigated twice daily, the grounds are child friendly and has a climbing frame suitable for the young should it be required, and plenty of space for the children to play, a selection of toys are also provided. The pool terrace comprises of a 9m x 4.5m non-heated swimming pool (non-chlorine). There are 6 solid teak sun loungers all with sliding tables and luxury cushions, also a large patio table with 6 reclining chairs and bespoke cushions with head rests, and parasol, the BBQ also enhances this area. There is a large pergola offering continuous shade should your children require that extra protection from the sun, there is also a selection of floating loungers.

	AMAZING!!!!!! RDG Oldham, England Review Submitted: August 7, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 Where do I start!!!! This Villa is absolutely fantastic!!! The photo's online are lovely but honestly they don't even show how amazing this villa really is. The owner is a really nice gentleman who kept in regular contact with me up until we went on holiday and went out of his way to make our stay as perfect as possible and never once complained about the many questions I emailed in advance.. When we walked into the villa for the first time, we walked round in amazement at how beautiful it was and how much attention to detail had been put into it, from the high quality of the furniture to the canvases on the walls. The beds were lovely and comfortable and we especially appreciated the dish washer since we haven't got one at home. This owner really has put thought into equipping the villa with everything you need and more.. I was especially impressed with how much privacy this villa had to offer.. I thought that the villa would be overlooked by other villas and you would have lots of noise around.. but it was completely the opposit.. it was so tranquil, it was amazing.. and we went in peak season in july!!!! The pool was cleaned regularly and bedding and towels changed weekly. I have 3 children.. and they had a fabulous time.. My 11 year old son love the huge inflatables, my 2 year old son especially appreciated the Bob the builder toys and my 1 year old daughter loved the doll and pushchair and the tea set!!!! The beaches near by were lovely.. Arrifana Beach was good and my eldest son went for a swim and went out splashing in the waves.. although be prepared for a steep walk down to it.. and the Monte Clerigo Beach was really nice, easy to get to but had some rocks around so more for paddling in.. We went to Aljezur market and we loved it!!!! If you like jewelery you'll love this... me and my mother in law bought absolutely tons of necklaces and earrings and bracelets.. all at 1 Euro each!!!! We especially loved the BBQ area.. we had a BBQ most nights and ate outside at about 8pm and it was still warm.. My husband loved the sky sports on the MASSIVE tv!!! I actually can't think of one bad thing to say about the villa.. The only thing I would advise you is to take some mosquito machines with you and/or sprays as we got bitten badley in the first few days but we bought some spray at the supermarket and it was fine after that... 	Having just returned from staying in Portugal for the first time, i feel i must leave a few words on how amazing this villa is and the surrounding areas.The facilities at the villa are second to none,with your every wish catered for.The high quality of furnishings and equipment are great.The settees are comfy, the showers are to die for, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the beds are extremly comfortable.There is a local shop which seemed to be open virtually all day, prices were very reasonable, fresh bread daily etc. however steer clear of a frozen lasagna in the freezer, i got stung for 18.50 euros!!!still have not recovered from the shock!.The outside space is fab for children, with a play area and lovely landscaped gardens, and of course the pool and barbeque area.Even the sunbeds are top quality, the only thing i would recommend is that you either take some thick socks or slippers with you as the floors are tiled and i got fairly cold feet! The surrounding areas are beautiful, with some of the best beaches i have ever seen. There were restuarants and cafes at every beach i visited, with good toilet facilities, ( more than we get at home!) and what i found good, was that although i went fairly out of season they were all open and well frequented by the locals which is always a good thing! I visited the local market in Aljezur which i thoroughly enjoyed, with lots of local produce, and the pottery and crockery etc are particularily good value, i picked up some good bargains! To sum up, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this villa to anyone of my friends and family. The owners clearly have extremly high standards and very good taste, and have taken great care in catering for your every need. Have a great time.
