Rental Rates

Rates quoted are weekly rates. Change over days are Saturdays (June - September) & flexible for the remainder of the year.

DEPOSIT- A 25% deposit of the rental rate is required on confirmation of the booking, with the remainder payable no later than six weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A refundable deposit of £250.00 - 250.00 euros is payable on arrival, any over occupancy in any form during your stay will result in the loss of refundable deposit in full. Unless pre arranged with agent or owner. Bookings made within six weeks of rental are to be paid in full.

BOOKING CHANGES - changes to booking arrangements should be advised in writing and whilst every effort will be made to accommodate requests, unfortunately no guarantees can be given.

CANCELLATION - in the event of cancellation, all payments made at the time of cancellation are non refundable. *Please note: Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
The rental rate is as stated in Pounds Sterling and the Euro equivalent is only for a close comparison. The Euro rate was as per the time of website design and will not vary to take into account currency variances.
